Have we met? I’m Mikayla – Personal Movement Coach and Yoga Teacher, on a mission to help you weave movement effortlessly into your day in a way that works for YOUR body and YOUR lifestyle, no matter how much time you have.


As a toddler mum, FIFO partner and owner of 2 businesses, I know what it’s like to be pressed for time. Going for a long walk or squeezing in an hour-long gym sesh just isn’t always possible.

Frequently asked questions about

Q: When does MM begin and end?

Given this is a 1:1 program, that is up to you. On booking you will be prompted to schedule our initial kick off call. During that call we will discuss your requirements and schedule and agree a start time together, ideally within a week of booking.



Q: Do I need to schedule any dates into my diary?

Only the kick off call, following that all classes will be delivered to your inbox so that you can move with me when it suits your schedule. Additionally, if you sign up for the 3-month experience we will schedule in our monthly chai and chats at a time convenient for us both.


Q: Do you have a refund policy?

Movement Mastery is for women who are ready to go all in on creating sustainable movement habits. All sales are final and there will be no refunds once you register.




Q: What do I need to participate in Movement Mastery?

One of the key principles of Movement Mastery is creating ease and weaving movement in and around your life. For your formal practice i.e. the weekly guided movement videos I would recommend the following:

  • A yoga mat
  • A yoga block or two - thick books or tinned food can work just as well.
  • A bolster or a few pillows or cushions
  • A blanket or two


Don’t stress if you don’t have access to the above, we can discuss alternatives during our kick-off call.
